The location proved excellent, close to many central attractions. Breakfast offered good choices daily (I liked the fresh fruit). I appreciated the friendly staff, who were available 24 hours at reception. The room had a nice, warm temperature.

The carpet looked quite old and could use replacing.

The location proved quite convenient. I found it just a short walk from the main piazza. the staff were very helpful. the beds and bedding were comfortable. This enhanced my stay.

The elevator service did not reach every floor. Carrying luggage up stairs was necessary.
